Website terms
Terms for using Dotnitron's public website. Effective 20 August 2026.
1. Website scope
These terms govern use of dotnitron.com, a public website operated by Dotnitron Technologies Private Limited. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Informational content
Website content describes Dotnitron's services, product direction, delivery experience, and general views on AI implementation. It is provided for general business information. It is not legal, financial, investment, audit, accounting, security-certification, or other regulated professional advice.
3. No service commitment
A website description, contact-form submission, assessment, call, proposal discussion, or scheduling confirmation does not create a customer relationship, confidentiality duty, partnership, warranty, or commitment to deliver services. A binding engagement begins only through a written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
4. Case studies and product information
Case studies may be anonymized and may contain historical, point-in-time observations. Their stated evidence boundaries and qualifiers form part of the description. Product capabilities, integrations, timelines, availability, and deployment options may change and must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that materially burdens the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the site to violate another party's rights.
6. Intellectual property
The site, branding, original text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials are owned by Dotnitron or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes. No other license is granted unless stated in writing.
7. Third-party names and links
Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References are for identification, commentary, or comparison and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated. Third-party sites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but provide it on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dotnitron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising only from use of or reliance on this public website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
10. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how the website handles contact, booking, hosting, and analytics information. Do not submit client-confidential documents, credentials, transaction files, regulated records, or special-category personal data through the public contact form.
11. Changes and severability
We may update the website and these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. If one provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to info@dotnitron.com.
