Privacy notice

This notice explains how Dotnitron Technologies Private Limited handles information collected through dotnitron.com. Effective 20 August 2026.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, role, company type, process category, timeline, data-sensitivity selection, intended next step, and the message you provide. The website does not provide file upload through the contact form.

If you book through Cal.com, Cal.com processes the booking information you submit under its own privacy terms. If the website contact form is configured, Formspree processes and stores the submission so it can be delivered to Dotnitron. If the form is not configured, your device may open your email application instead.

Our hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs such as IP address, device or browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic data needed to deliver and protect the website.

2. Analytics, cookies, and local storage

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate website statistics. Vercel states that its Web Analytics product does not use third-party cookies and does not associate analytics events with a directly identifiable visitor. It may process page, referrer, approximate location, browser, device, operating-system, and timestamp information for aggregate reporting.

PostHog analytics is disabled unless you select Accept analytics. When accepted, we send manually defined events such as page views, page-leave duration, viewed sections, CTA interactions, and non-identifying contact-form qualification categories. We do not send contact names, email addresses, company names, message contents, or form-field values to PostHog. Autocapture, session recording, surveys, text capture, and element-attribute capture are disabled in the website configuration.

We use local storage to remember your theme and analytics preference. If you accept PostHog analytics, PostHog may use first-party browser storage for a pseudonymous analytics identifier. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining PostHog does not prevent access to the website.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry and booking information to respond, assess potential fit, schedule conversations, prepare requested material, maintain business correspondence, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We use aggregate and consented analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are useful, diagnose website performance, and improve content. We do not use website analytics for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers only for defined business functions. Current website providers include Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics, PostHog for optional event analytics, Formspree for contact-form processing, and Cal.com for scheduling. Their processing may occur outside your country under their contractual and privacy terms.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and security

We retain inquiries and related business correspondence only while reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a potential relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. We review inactive inquiry records periodically and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website and the information collected. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit client-confidential files, credentials, special-category data, regulated records, or transaction data through the public contact form.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

To make a request, email info@dotnitron.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8. Children, links, and changes

This business website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. The site links to third-party services whose privacy practices we do not control.

We may update this notice when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@dotnitron.com. See also our website terms.
